ridiculous service

Recently had a hoise vandalized. ooba phone numbers to lodge the claim not working. Reported by email. Took 5 days for someone to call me back. Assessor send out by appointment arrived at the property an hour and half late( this is with someone I had to arrange to meet him there) Day 6 they want to send plumbers to repair/replace plumbing yet no doors to stop anyone from entering and removing stuff again!!!! I asked to be called but nothing. Just sms's to inform me I!!!!! have to phone appointed plumbers if they dont show.
