Rejected claim

I insured with ooba 5 years ago with no claims since. I put in a claim for a boudery wall wich got rejected. The assesor claims that there is no reason for the claim rejection. Its been a week since ooba advised me that they will look into the claim, but still rejected said claim. I am at a very point of cancelling my insurance with ooba due to dissatisfaction of service
