Rejected Bobs Way Eerste River Claim

Below is a message from ooba insurance, bare in mind this is a new property not even a year old and they got a detailed report from the plumber this was uninspected burst pipe they still rejected the claim to repair the resulting damages. Rather go with Santan insurance don't ever use ooba insurance.

"Good day dear client. I trust you are well. Please note that I tried to contact you regarding your claim. Our service provider gave us a damage report indicating that there is a leak by your sink which is caused by a Flexi pipe. Due to this, it is unfortunate that OOBA will not be able to proceed with approving the repairs on any visible or Flexi pipe as it is a policy exclusion. I will then send you a confirmation mail with the reason for the rejection of the claim and within 7 working days you will receive a formal letter indicating the rejection of the claim and the channels you can take to counter this rejection of the claim. I trust that the above is well understood".
