Refuse to acknowledge, Loss of Income

Under the Bond protector insurance, I am covered for a loss of income, when I logged a claim, it was said, I am only covered for retrenchment and not for a 4 month layoff. Covid lockdown made it impossible to travel to Country of employment. Ooba stated in there policy, Loss of income, can some one explain from Ooba, what do they regard as loss of income.
