Really bad service!!!

This is the worst insurance company ever! I pay my fees every month and when it comes to making a claim it is so difficult to get the job done! The assessor hardly looked at the damage properly and 2 weeks after he came, I still had not heard back from Ooba, so I phoned them only to be told my policy doesn't cover bad workmanship and so they cannot fix my ceiling, where it is clear that there is water damage in my garage. This is all round bad service.
