It's the first time I made a claim to Ooba, and I have been highly impressed. I had an issue with my geyser. I called at 12:18, and they sent the plumbing company to my home between 13:30 and 14:30 in the same afternoon for an assessment. They came the next day between 10:30 and 11:30 and resolved the issue between 14:30 and 14:45.

I just wanted to thank Ooba for the quick and efficient service. I'm sorry that I don't remember the lady's name who helped me, but she was friendly, helpful, and professional on the call. Thank you very much.
