Pure ****, you can only claim For geyser and just because we have to pay 850 for access fee. I have claim For collapse Boundary which it happened during the storm in JHB in March 2026. They have declined the claim blaming flowers roots which the flowers it’s not even high. The big tree around the wall it was cut long time ago but that tree it dint even fall. Why do we have insurance when we claim the decline the claims based on their laws and regulations.When they sells insurance to us why can’t they come to those properties and Evaluate the property or the assets because really this is not fair at all. The flowers falls because the Boundary walls collapsed on them. Not the flowers roots caused the Boundary walls to collapse why bank it’s forcing us to have building protection insurance because this insurance company the don’t even pay those claims
