Excellent knowledge of the product whereby Max Edward's explained clearly what the product entails and the benefits thereof. He was patient and he is a good listener and understanding of my Homeloan Bind conditions and the relevance thereof. I appreciate that Max took the time in answering all my questions relating not only to the credit life insurance they offer but I had many questions and he fluently explained it to me again to grasp a better understanding of the product.
