Poor service, Oobainsure, underwritten by Hollard - avoid at all costs

Oobainsure, underwritten by Hollard, worst service ever,

Tried to adjust my my lifecover insurance, because our bond is lower than it initially was, called on the 26th of November 2025, they said they would sms the procedure on how to apply to get our premium lower, lady fid not send it, emailed them, the website says 48hours to respond, still waiting after 10 days.

Cancelled my building insurance with them previously as the service was just as bad, avoid this insurance at all costs.
