Poor service Ooba insure

Ooba insurance is one of the worst insurance company's i could have ever signed up with. I regret signing up with this insurance company feels like i am dealing with a backdoor company.

Friday i was effect by the storm causing damage to my security system, cctv cameras & electric fence

Called the insurance company on Monday for assistance To date all i get is an sms that someone will be in contact soon ! 3 sms all saying someone will be in contact to date no one contacted me. My biggest issue the inconvience effects me as a client and my family as our safety is compromised not Ooba they don't care what happens as long as they collect monthly premium they happy.

I had to stay out of work to arrange plans to get things fix and act as my own insure while i am paying insurance monthly.

I never listened to my gut always go with a trusted and reputable brand in insurance Ooba left me out to dry while in need still waiting on a phone call or an assessor to help me !
