Poor service from ooba

Hi. I am disappointed to complain about the same company twice. I am a, client of ooba insurance and I have been treated unprofessionally by them yet again. I lodged a claim in January 2022 for storm damage caused to my roof between the period of 29/12/2021 and 02/01/2022. We had a severe hail storm and my roof stated to leak. When I tried to ledge the claim I had to do so via email as I could not get through telephonic ally. After a long delay in response I received correspondence stating that the claim was lodged and I was given a claim number. It took some time before the Assessor made contact. When he came out he took pictures of the outside of my roof. He did not inspect it at all. Informed me that I should get a registered contractor to quote. I did so and forwarded the quote to him. After this it was a lengthy wait before I eventually called the Assessor to get feedback. I was told that an AOL was sent and they are awaiting my signed copy to be sent to them with no explanation at all. I disagreed with it as the first three items listed on the quotation were excluded and deemed to be a gradual deterioration of the waterproofing that caused my roof to leak. Confused I called the Assessor who avoided my questions. How could he make a statement like that without inspecting my roof as the contractor did. The Assessor stood on the ground and took pictures where as the contractor was on the roof doing a thorough inspection and also included a report on the bottom of the quote stipulating that the damage was caused by the hail and storm. I contacted the complaints department of the insurance and their response is delayed as usual. My last email was a week ago and still no response. It seems that the common phrase used by insurers is lack of maintenance. If they were so meticulous why don't the insurance companies inspect the property before insuring it to ensure that the roof and building is maintained go their specifications. When your business is wanted they rap over the phone at the speed of light and at the end of the month the installment is deducted faithfully. I am now being asked if the previous repairs were done for the claim that I made previously. I am not at all happy with the service I have been getting and need assistance please. It is clear that on is taken advantage of if they are not aware of their rights in matters like this.
