Poor service, daylight *******

The worst ever insurance I have been having issues with my underground property leaks they promised to pay for two leaks in one pipe which still they **** saying they spoke about 2 leaks every event whilst they said in their policy document they will cover two leaks per year but never mentioned if one pipe has issues they rob you and now I agreed that they pay me whatever they want to pay it’s been a month they take you from pillar to post if anyone sees this post and knows how to assist me get this payment please do I am currently incurring costs from the municipality since water leaks haven’t been fixed due to them taking the whole month to pay nor to even have a decency to pay me R5000 they they say they will pay me knowing very well it won’t be enough to do what their company they sent to assess recommended I however agreed because I could see they care less about service delivery now it’s the second month am just waiting for the payment which I doubt will be made but I am currently having these leaks and no one is there to help but they take their money every month without fail. This company is the worst I’ve seen in my entire experience I would never recommend it. *** if anyone can assist please call me.
