Poor service and rejection of claims

Ooba building insurance is the pits. I have paid them for 9 years and I paid them to insure my building. I asked them to fix my ceiling and the initial response was a lazy no, we hope you did not fail to maintain the ceiling. How the hell do I maintain a ceiling. Many weeks later I get a response that they can't pay my claim because they believe the problem resulted from poor workmanship. I believe they should not have agreed to insure my house if they knew it was badly built. I did nothing to alter the ceiling and here I get a random response about workmanship. Surely they are going to reject every claim I make in future...

Don't use Ooba. Their service is very poor and they are really pricey. I will look for another insurance, thank you.
