Poor pathetic service especially from Lufuno Mbedzi and her bunch of assessors as she always says ‘l’m waiting for a report from the assessor’...as if those assessors are hired by us

If there was a zero rating l would definitely give them that...Worst service ever from Lufuno Africa Mbedzi..lts almost 3 weeks now without a gate motor and every time my husband calls,Lufuno would say she will go over the assessor’s report and call my husband back ..till to date..Our security is compromised as the gate is manually operated,will they care if anyone gets hijacked by the gate?We have tenants who knock off late at night,what it they get hijacked by the gate?Very disappointed at their service and if ever there’s someone considering them ..juss don’t bother
