Poor Customer Service

Ooba insurance is *********** to say the least. I logged a of leaking pipe on the 20th of November 2024, after they sent a service provider 4 times who could not thoroughly fix my pipe they then sent another one in January 2025 to check if the previous service provider fix the pipe.

The results and repairs of damages has not been touched i have sent countless emails and they only respind that the complaints manager will call me,to date i have not been called.

My house specifically my bathroom looks messy, i cannot use the bath tub since 2024 November.

I have lost tge ability to fight with Ooba Insurance because they are dishonest and have no integrity at all.
