Poor case handling

Should have an option for 0 stars as Ooba does not deserve even 1 star.

We had storm damage to our driveway and got quoted by 2 providers to fix for roughly R20k. Ooba had 4Sure contact us pretty quickly, but then the problems started happening.

First off, even after sending pictures of the sunken driveway and the quote, 4Sure sent out plumbers to come and do an assessment!? we then had to wait another 3 days for paving specialists to come and asses, this while it was still raining and the hole was getting bigger. It then took another week for feedback to be provided that they were going to cover on 25% of the claim.

After numerous emails requesting justification for only covering 25% of the claim, and no feedback being provided, we eventually gave up. Eventually just agreeing with the settlement they were offering so that we could get some traction.

They processed the payment quite quickly, but this is shocking service and poor handling of the case.

Needless to say I am moving away from Ooba and their terrible service.
