Pls don't make use of Ooba building protector insurance.

Hellopeter.... my name ons Mr CP Christians...the one star i am giving Ooba building protector insurance is for picking there phone up when I phone and complain..for managing my insurance..I give no stars...for plumbing workmanship...no stars...I'm disappointed in Standard Bank for there referral to Ooba insurance... On the 28.05.2019 I put in a claim...my Geyser burs...Ooba instructed JJ Lourens plumbing to put a new geyser in for my...when they left...I had problems with the geyser...when I open the warmwater tap a big rattling sound came from the geyser.....I contacted Ooba again...the flow valve was then replaced with a new one...when the plumbers left..again... the rattling sound was still there and it was even louder.......I contacted the insurance....there advice to me is to follow it up with plumbing company....can you believe that...I pay Ooba insurance alot of money....but I must do there work for them......since the 01.06.2019...im still sitting with she same problem...I phone there customer care...but the customer care workers are ***********..... nobody can help me...I lodged a complaint to Ooba head office...but up until today...no reply.....pls pls pls....I need help...I want to cancel the insurance but then again..who will fix this problem...
