Pay as per my car value

I lodged a claim on 12/09/2017 and no feedback unless i call in. My car is now write off and the AOL has a wrong car and value. The AOL also says an excess is applicable yet you are confirming i have an excess waiver. Please pay according to my car and policy terms regarding my excess. I also don't have the energy anymore, you drained it all out by making me do the run rounds for a full month chasing after feedback's
