Pathetic service!

If I could give them no stars I would. What a pathetic insurance company! My garage door broke out of nowhere, a little piece of plastic broke off where the wheels run on the track causing one of the wheels to fall out of the track folding the entire door. I phoned ooba insurance and after waiting 5 days, having me phone them to find out what's happening, they decline the claim! Saying it's maintenance! How can it be maintenance??? Was I suppose to check the track everyday??? This is the most pathetic insurance company in South Africa! Do NOT go with them, not just do they think of any reason not to help, their service is non existent! My geyser also burst about a year ago, they send someone to fix it, but it was done with 2nd hand parts, I then had to phone again when it burst the 2nd time so that they could fix it properly! I will surely BE choosing another company! Good bye Ooba! Sorry our paths had to cross!
