Pathetic service
Hopeless service absolutely no feedback and people in the claims department are *********** and cant help or even read their own system. This insurance is not trustworthy and service is pathetic. Lodged a claim on the 02 February 2024 and absolutely zero feedback from them. i got an agreement of loss and then again nothing for 5 days. This is ridiculous
