Pathetic service

Very disappointed by the service received. During the course of November our home was extensively damaged by a tornado. To date, our claim has not yet been finalised and in the interim, we are obtaining further damage to our property due to the ongoing rain. Calls and messages to them are being left unanswered. Pathetic service!!!!
