Pathetic Insurance company

Horrid service from OOBA and their so called claim administrators "CLC".

I submitted a claim for my pool pump it took CLC a week to register my claim, it took them another week to appoint a service provider and then another week to look at my claim and damaged report only for them to tell me that there is a limitation to swimming pool claims.

I have never ever received a document from them that states this, I have a different policy schedule to what they are reading.

I would NEVER recommend OOBA nor CLC to my friends not even to my worst enemy as they do not deserve to go through this.

I absolutely regret not going with the insurance the bank provided me with because these people are not the ones, I wonder how they survive with such pathetic service.

I will be cancelling my policy as soon as Monday
