Pathetic Bad service

Ooba insure since they have changed over to 4 sure, the service is pathetic. I logged a claim on 5 December 2023 for storm damage to my carport and to date all I get when I call is that they are waiting for reports from service providers to be uploaded, from internal Assessor, or claim handler, and the usual saying is we are escalating your claim and someone will call you back with an update , but I am still waiting . I call daily for an update , and no one can tell me what is going on. I have sent numerous emails asking for an update and I have also emailed about the poor service. Monthly premiums are so high for such bad service. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
