PATHETIC AT INSURANCE! STICK TO HOME LOANS ONLY

We placed a claim for water damage in December. And the damage was only "fixed" last month.

Im very unhappy with the service received from Ooba insure. Half my bedroom cupboard had water damage so you guys replaced only that half now I cringe when I get into bed and look at it because the new cupboard on the right looks totally different to the old cupboard on the left side.

You guys are also so stingy you didn't even get someone to look in the roof to see why its leaking. Surely that should also be part of the claim? To fix the problem and not just replace the damage?

I won't recommend your insurance to any one. I really feel like I wasn't looked after as a customer and you guys didn't care at all.
