Oobq insure lack of communication & bad customer service

Mncedisi Quma here, I'm in a process of buying a house and I'm looking for builders insurance, Ooba has been assisting with the process of buying but their insurance team are just pethetic. I have sent them a quotation from Standard Bank which they said I may and they will try to beat it, since then no one has come back to me I was being assisted by Hannin and Thembela. Its been 3 days and Nadia from the sales team has sent them numerous emails asking them to contact me but no one has bothered to call me since. If this company is failing to help me as a potential customer how will the help me when I submit a claim? Makes me wonder. The attorneys are moving with speed to register the bond but there is no insurance policy in place. Looking at their reviews here I don't think I'll be doing business with OOBA.
