Oober poor service

Poor service from this institution. I have a bond protector plan and a structural insurance with Oober. According to Oober the 1 is under written by Guardrisk and the other by Hollard. It happened that one debit returned unpaid and I hap to pay manually, and I accidentally paid into an incorrect account, for the past 3 month I have been in contact with several consultants from Oober who try help and suddenly vanish in to thin air. I everytime have to start explaining my problem with a new person, their system doesn't seem to keep records and its just a useless and aggravating exercise dealing with them. I just want to have the incorrect funds reversed and paid into a correct account, 2. Have the debit order dates changed on both policy's, how hard can that be
