Oobainsure vendors damaged my property, I called in spoke to different agents, two that I remember is Mmathabo and Itumeleng who requested me to send a mail with my complaint which was biggining of February till date I haven't heard from them

Oobainsure vendors damaged my property, I called in spoke to different agents, two that I remember is Mmathabo and Itumeleng who requested me to send a mail with my complaint which was biggining of February till date I haven't heard from them. I don't know how is this even acceptable, I'm looking for quotes out there so I can cancel this because the service is pathetic
