Oobainsure fallen tree claim no service

A tree from my yard fell over due to a heavy storm. It took down all the power in the street, blocked my neighbours entrance gate and the road, and broke my fence. Oobainsure took a week to get someone out and The contractor just chopped up the tree and left it on my sidewalk. Fence still broken, no feedback from Ooba, tree trunk still halfway across my broken fence and after daily calls I still have no feedback and no resolution to the problem. The contractor’s listed number doesn’t work, what must I do to get their attention! The storms affected all of us and we should have effective communication on these matters. I don’t have a secure fence around my house for almost 2 weeks now. Really bad service. Ooba line cuts out regularly when I try phoning them and I get no call back when I leave messages.
