Ooba refusing to cancel my insurance as I got a better deal elsewhere.

I asked ooba to cancel my car insurance because I got a better deal, they promised to give me a better deal and never did. I then asked them to cancel it bt they have been deducting for two months now. When I call they assist and end up dropping the phone acting as if there is network issues.

It's really disappointing because I had a very good experience with them until now. I had to make a reversal now.
