Ooba patch job.

Had a leaking pipe in my kitchen wall.Repairs were done by a ooba service provider. This must be one of the worst patch jobs that I have ever seen in my life. Took them 4 weeks to complete the job and had to constantly phone and ask when are they planning on finishing up the work. Kitchen was suppose to look better after leaking pipe issue not worse. I took before and after pictures Would not recommend them at all.

Reviewer Update
Reverting back to the service I received in July 2023,
The whole debacle of being send back and for whilst precious time passes by is been repeated again.
I submitted a simple claim for a booster pump replacement which provides water to my home due to being dependent on borehole water,on the 30th of January 2025 I finally got thru to someone who was willing to proceed in taking my details. Now it's 5days later 5th of February 2025 and absolutely no communication from the assessor(assessor took photos and left) or Ooba.
Why is it always so complicated?
Guys if something breaks in one's home it is usually a costly repair that's why we pay for insurance to deliver a service when it's required.
