ooba not to insure

We insured our property in Moreletta Park through ooba insure. Due to rainstorms in the Pretoria area , the roof leaked and caused water damage inside the house. ooba claims that they dont cover the damage as they insured the property in good faith and cant help if the house wasn`t in a good condition and wasnt built properly. Due to the storms the gate motor was also damaged. We had to get the contractor out more than 5 times and it is not fixed yet. The contractor was appointed by ooba. Unfortunately as owner of the property and payer of the monthly premium (also in good faith) it seems that the insurer is aways right and the insured just pay!!!!
