Ooba MIA as usual

It is now two weeks since Ive tried contacting Ooba Insure continuously .I even filled in an online form for them to contact me .Ive been with them 8years and whenever Ive needed assistance they are never helpful .I missed a payment once when my salary dates changed and I was called the next day after the payment was missed .Another case of quick to take the money but dont ask me for help when you need it .Thanks for nothing !Im switching to outsurance
