Had a theft claim to put through with Ooba insure. They were fast and efficient in actioning my claim. The claim consultant Renatta Singh was an absolute pleasure to deal with. She really escalated matters quick and got my claims sorted out efficiently. Ooba insure should be extremely lucky to have an employee like her. Assessors and contractors were pointed out as a matter of urgency as my claim also posted a huge security risk to my home. I am overall very pleased with the claims consultant and Ooba insure.
