Ooba insure is a ****! Beware

Pathetic service, reported storm damage in January.contractor sent out he cudnt do full assessment all except 1 of the contractors were denied access.ooba promised to have this resolved.now i cant get hold of contractor or ooba.if you ever decide you want to resolve pls assign me a different contractor.damages keep getting worse & i dont you guys are even thinking about tha***** over a month now...no communication, wats the point of paying for a non existent service? I regret ever signing up with ooba insure, will never refer anyone to these *********** & inconsiderate lot!!!
