Ooba insure is a ****!!!

Ooba insurance has been so frustrating for me and I plan to make sure not to recommend to anyone to take up cover with them. I reported a storm damage to my roof on 28 December 2024 and up until now I have not ever received communication from them. I used my airtime and called them for a follow up a week later and they informed me the images from the assessing company were not clear and had to be retaken. That happened. I phoned again a week later and was told the outcome on approval is awaiting their internal assessor and I would receive a call by end of the day and that never happened! The most frustrating thing is that the rains are not stopping and I'm sitting with a leaking roof and ceiling which has damaged my TV while insured!!!
