OOBA insure *****ing my money

I'm having a Problem with company called OOBA where I had my house insured with them since 2013. I came to realize that their premium was too much then I took an offer almost 60% premium drop. Now OOBA refuses to stop debiting my account instead they have increased their premium from R990 to R3900 and every month I have to go reverse and stop the debit order. And I would receive a message stating my policy is cancelled. But again they will *****ulently resubmit the debit order to my bank. This has been going on since November 2023. Anyone who is currently insured with OOBA should check if he/she is not paying an arm and a leg. Secondly if you want to cut ties with they prepare yourself with frustration of them taking your money. (MSA34139. Your Very Important Buildings Protector Policy Premium has not been paid and therefore your policy has been cancelled. Please contact ooba on ***.)
