Ooba insure delaying to fix a hazard that is urgent ,and even the construction company rated it as an emergency.

Hi I am Sihle Radebe, I filed aa claim to OOBA Building Protector, early in April after the floods in Dbn which damaged my fencing wall ending up cracking and can fall in no time, so i had to support it with the pillars against the wall of the house, putting the kids and dogs at risk, OOBA sent an assessor from the construction company to do the quotation within two weeks, then after they sent someone to verify in the same month of April, I called the to follow up on the claim early in June and they sent the report have not been sent to the responsible personnel by the assessor, even today I am still waiting for their response with that wall that could result to severe injuries or death or even damage my house , and a risk of soil erosion to my pool.
