Ooba insure ****

After 2 years of using ooba insure I wanted to make my first claim. I tried to call every possible number they have and they send me to so many different people and no luck. I have tried the claim number but it sends me into a loop. It asks me to register a claim, press 1. Then it asks me for a plumbing or geezer claim or other. I press 2 then it sends me back to register a claim over and over again. Reading all the ooba insure message on hallo peter it is clearly a ****. How can the get away from this *****ing money from people who just wants to protect their home. Its so easy signing up with them but when you try to make a claim its impossible
