Ooba Insurance worst service ever....I am exposed to more risk because of them

I had never heard of Ooba but they got to insure my property..I had an incident 5 days ago which I believe is a security risk..I have been trying to call them for the past few days, you hold for a good 30 minutes, being sent from pillar to post.The last straw was when I spoke to Sihle today the 04th Feb who confirmed that they appointed a contractor on my behalf..he tried connecting us...after holding on for a good 20 minutes, I was connected to a guy who didn't have an idea of who I was...We tried figuring ourselves out...It turned out he is the contractor waiting for the insurance to send him appointment documents after they called him....I have never dealt with so much unprofessionalism and they do not care about one's safety..Sihle left me holding simple because it was knock off time...Hoping someone will make contact with me and sort out my issue.....
