Ooba Insurance service non-existent.

Called and waited for over 6 minutes before being reverted to the beginning of the voice prompts. Selected the same options again and was reverted back to the beginning of the voice prompts!!!! It seems that at 5pm sharp, even the voice system goes home!!! I couldn't even leave a message for a callback. You can't send a query via the Ooba website so the only option is to phone. Time to change insurance provider.
