OOBA Insurance most unprofessional company.

I put in a claim for a storm damage that damaged my ceiling in both my lounges. The contractor that OOBA sent out **** that the ceiling boards don't need to be changed and just painted the existing boards. I contacted OOBA to complain that the work done was not done properly they advised that the contractor claimed for new boards to be put in. The contractor returned to redo the work. The job again was done unprofessionally and they damaged my furniture. I called OOBA again to complain but no outcome as yet. You can call them or email them nobody gets back to you. You can hold for more than 30 minutes with still no joy. I want this job to be done correctly and I want to cancel. They are the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with.

Reviewer Update
Since the 4th of January. I am still waiting for my query to be resolved. I call OOBA and for sure on a daily basis trying to get answers. I leave messages for the claim handlers to call me back as they do not have Direct Lines.I even sent emails, but nobody gets back to me. Nina from OOBA is always on a call or not in the office. Neville and Chris, from Forsure, don't get back to you either after leaving numerous messages. I actually don't know what to do anymore or who to contact. therefore, I am now putting another complaint. Hopefully, the relevant people will make contact with me. I feel like the only way to actually get any feedback from them is to put a complaint on hello Peter. I am waiting for my claim to be sorted, and once that is done, I will be canceling because I can not work with a company that is so unprofessional.
