Ooba insurance is a ****
By far the worse insurance company I have ever dealt with. They use sub-par contractors and cannot pull up voice recordings when requested. Staff constantly lie to customers about claim follow ups. Do not waste time and use a more reputable company for insurance. Knowing the type of organization they are this complaint will have no recourse.
