Ooba Insurance is a **** beware

On the 21st December 2024 the Geyser burst at our residence, following this I proceed to get hold of Ooba Insure to lodge a claim the number *** is on their website for after hours call however till this day the number is not going through, today being the 23rd I called again on their office hours contact number *** and a claim was lodged upon trying to make follow up the line is not going through. This experience is extremely frustrating and unprofessional as we are going for a 3rd day without hot water due to Ooba communication platform not functioning.
