Ooba insurance ***** claim feedback

Our pool pump stopped working. It is covered by the insurance. The pool specialist came out had a look at it and said that it is water damaged. The insurance has now turned around without further inspection stating they believe it is broken because of a power surge and refuse to pay out. This smacks of using eskom as a scapegoat so that they do not need to pay out. This is such an ********* way of doing business. Happy to take your payment every month but looking for loopholes to get out of claims
