The service providers they use are *********** beyond believe.

Always the 1st debit on your account but always full of excuses not to pay out a claim. 1st geyser no claim payment as the geyser is working perfectly, we replaced the geyser out of pocket because Ooba is ***********.

Swimming pool pump not working, sends out a useless representative to my house which he had no idea what to look for, then gives a report not even based on facts.... Lack of maintenance on a swimming pool pump, what the actual f#&#lk Company name Sonland, please of you hear this lock your doors and gates, he just walks in to your house without knocking and asking to come in and has no idea what to look for... Asked my wife about water damage as he is at my house to check water damage and not a swimming pool pump. I rest my case. STAY AWAY FROM OOBA INSURANCE, I have or had house hold insurance and a policy on my house that will be canceled with immediate effect and will take out insurance with definitely someone else.

Ooba insurance and Ooba life you need to value your clients as they are keeping your ******* business afloat. Bull**** excuses has never gotten any bisk9or anybody one step closer to credibility and your credibility is down the drain. One very unhappy customer or ex client
