Ooba Insurance

NEVER ever trust OOBA Insurance. I have been with OOBA for 4 years now.

When I was looking for building insurance when I bought my house, they made a lot of promises. 4 years later they can't keep those promises.

I recently had a claim, which they sent out a contractor to come and assess the damages. Those contactors don't have a clue what they are doing. The cleary made the wrong conclusions as to what caused the damages.

I have also been waiting for more than 2 months now for OOBA to provide me with the recordings regarding my claim. Everytime I get transfered to the Team Leader because she is the only one that could give that to me, and she is always in a meeting, never available to take a call.

This is really some of the worst services I have ever seen and everytime you would need to wait +- 30 min to speak to a consultant just to telling you she is in a "meeting". My claim is rejected "based" on a contractors report and a Assessor using that report to reject the claim.

I'll be looking to take my insurance somewhere else.
