Beyond pathetic service!!! Over 3 months to conduct repairs after constant follow ups!! and false promises.... Second claim, same experience.... 25 mins of holding on with beyond useless call agents. Now trying to terminate my contract, same thing... 32 mins on hold... pathetic, pathetic, pathetic!!!!
