Ooba insurance

Ooba is the worst home insurance company I’ve ever seen in my life I would not say it’s a insurance company it’s a ****mers company I logged a clam for a gate motor on 27th of February I called many times for them to send someone to come and check it after they took there time they send someone to look at it and left 9 March they said they rejected my clam The reason is !!!!!! Your claim has been repudiated for the following reason(s): 1. Upon inspection of the gate motor was old and mechanism was in poor condition 2. This damage has occurred progressively over an extended period of time, and not due to a once off insured event. 3. The repairs are therefore for your own account !!!!!!!! I’ve been with this insurance for 18 months and now when the gate motor is not working ……it’s old 😂 The respond came on 5 April I already cancelled my tow houses and I will never recommend this insurance to anyone
