Ooba housing insurance flop

I have never worked with someone as unprofessional as Zubayr Bux from Ooba's home insurance department.<br> After recieving great working habits in terms of going the extra mile from the Ooba bond originators department, specifically Mr Bertus Kotze, I expected the same treatment from their home insurance department.<br> These guys try to force insurance on you and then make threats when you tell them you not intrested. Apparently i took out both building and bond protector cover from them. When i asked to cancel the bond protector as i already had life insurance i was told i needed to provide proof that it was \vetted by the bank\". After i insisted that i wanted the bond protector cover removed Zubayr Bux said he would remove both. I then recieved a phone call from him saying Ooba wont be liable for anything anymore. <br> I again said that I only want the bond protection cover removed and his superior emailed me cancellation of both policies. After three minutes she sent another mail stating that the cover for the building insurance is still valid.<br> This was the most unproffesional service i recieved from a company in days. Made me feel like cancelling that building insurance cover as well"
