Ooba Household insurance SHAM

Ooba household insurance is now done by CLC. Ooba household insurance SUCKS!!! Steer clear from them. My garage door has been broken since mid March. Claim logged 14 March. Still waiting for ***********s to revert after almost daily follow ups to a call centre that leaves you on hold or pushes you from pillar to post. Weeks later still waiting. 4th April still nothing while my cars must park outside. Would give them zero stars if I could. Useless agents. Useless. I am sorry I chose them. What a mistake.Steer clear from these guys and rather choose more reputable companies because this CLC are deflecting and not paying. Ombudsman is next.
